The session will begin with an introduction and an overview of the current retail landscape, highlighting key trends and challenges in the evolving retail environment. Tim will then present innovative retail concepts that break traditional moulds, such as pop-up shops, experiential retail, and tech-integrated stores, followed by case studies of brands that have successfully implemented these unconventional strategies.

The discussion will then shift to methods brands use to create authentic connections with consumers through engagement strategies, interactive experiences, and the utilisation of consumer data. Creativity and immersion will be explored through campaigns that use storytelling and creative design, as well as immersive brand experiences involving VR, AR, and other technologies. The session will also cover personalised shopping experiences and customisation options that enhance brand loyalty and satisfaction. Building authentic connections with the audience will be addressed, focusing on strategies to build trust and measure the success of these interactions.

An interactive Q&A session will allow attendees to ask questions and share insights with Tim Nash.

The session will conclude with a deep dive into specific examples, analysing how brands utilise multiple touch points to engage and connect with their audience, integrate physical and digital touch points for a seamless experience, and measure the effectiveness and ROI of these strategies.

Pricing

This exclusive ession is charged at a standard price of £2,500 (+VAT) for a 2.5 hour session.

As the session is exclusive to your company, you can involves as many colleagues as you wish. The session can be hosted in-person or online. If hosted in-person, then the fees may also be subject to reasonable travel expenses.
