The session will begin with an introduction and an overview of the current retail landscape, highlighting key trends and challenges in the evolving retail environment. Tim will then present innovative retail concepts that break traditional moulds, such as pop-up shops, experiential retail, and tech-integrated stores, followed by case studies of brands that have successfully implemented these unconventional strategies.
